How Much Does Plastic Surgery Cost in Bali? 2026 Price Guide

Published 6 April 2026 by Enzo

One of the main reasons patients choose Bali for cosmetic surgery is the cost. Savings of 50 to 70 percent compared to Australia, Singapore, and Europe are common. But getting an accurate price before you arrive takes some effort, because most Bali clinics do not publish fixed pricing online.

This guide covers what you can expect to pay, why pricing works differently here, and how to compare quotes effectively.

Why Most Clinics Don't Publish Prices

Of the 16 clinics in our directory, the majority operate on a consultation-first pricing model. This is standard practice in cosmetic surgery globally, not unique to Bali. The final cost depends on factors that can only be assessed in person: the complexity of your anatomy, the technique best suited to your goals, anaesthesia requirements, and whether additional procedures are combined.

This means you should plan for at least one consultation visit (or a detailed virtual consultation with photos) before receiving a firm quote.

General Price Ranges by Procedure

The following ranges are based on market research across Bali clinics. These are starting estimates, not guaranteed quotes. Your actual price will depend on the surgeon, clinic, and your individual case.

Face

  • Rhinoplasty: IDR 20,000,000 to 50,000,000 (AUD 2,000 to 5,000). Open rhinoplasty is typically more expensive than closed.
  • Blepharoplasty: IDR 10,000,000 to 30,000,000 (AUD 1,000 to 3,000). Upper, lower, or combined.
  • Facelift: IDR 40,000,000 to 100,000,000 (AUD 4,000 to 10,000). Full facelift costs more than a mini-lift.

Breast

  • Breast augmentation: IDR 35,000,000 to 80,000,000 (AUD 3,500 to 8,000). Price varies by implant brand and surgical approach.
  • Breast lift: IDR 30,000,000 to 60,000,000 (AUD 3,000 to 6,000).
  • Breast reduction: IDR 35,000,000 to 70,000,000 (AUD 3,500 to 7,000).

Body

  • Liposuction: IDR 15,000,000 to 40,000,000 per area (AUD 1,500 to 4,000). Multi-area discounts are common.
  • Tummy tuck: IDR 35,000,000 to 80,000,000 (AUD 3,500 to 8,000).
  • Mommy makeover: IDR 60,000,000 to 150,000,000 (AUD 6,000 to 15,000). Combines breast and body procedures.

Hair

  • FUE hair transplant: IDR 15,000 to 30,000 per graft. A typical 2,000-graft session costs IDR 30,000,000 to 60,000,000.
  • DHI hair transplant: IDR 25,000 to 45,000 per graft. Premium over FUE due to the implanter pen technique.

How to Compare Quotes

When requesting quotes from multiple clinics, make sure you are comparing like for like:

  • Ask whether the quote is all-inclusive (surgeon, anaesthesia, theatre, stay, medications, follow-ups)
  • Confirm whether implant costs are included (for breast augmentation) and which brands they use
  • Ask about the surgeon who will perform the procedure, not just the clinic name
  • Request an itemised breakdown so you can see exactly what you are paying for

Bali vs Australia and Singapore

For most procedures, Bali pricing is 50 to 70 percent lower than Australia and 40 to 60 percent lower than Singapore. The savings are real, but the cheapest option is not always the best. A consultation-based approach ensures the quote reflects your actual needs rather than a generic price list.
